Hi, I’m Anjali—a Conscious Life Coach, Certified Parenting Coach, and Immersive Meditation Facilitator based in Clifton Park, NY. 🌷My Story
I’ve walked this path myself—and I know how hard it can be.As a first-time parent, I felt overwhelmed, confused, and disconnected. I tried to be the "perfect" parent while juggling everything else, but I ended up exhausted and overwhelmed with guilt and self-doubt. I read so many books and blogs, but none of them truly helped me feel the calm presence and real connection I was longing for as a parent.Finding Conscious Parenting™ through Dr. Shefali’s Conscious Coaching Institute™ changed everything for me. I began to release unrealistic expectations and embrace a new way of parenting—one rooted in connection, not control.
And in that process, something beautiful happened: I started to heal. Not just as a parent, but as a person.I’ve been trained and mentored by Dr. Shefali—Oprah’s favorite parenting expert and a New York Times bestselling author—whose work continues to inspire my own.Then life handed me another lesson—an autoimmune diagnosis.
At first, it felt like my body was betraying me. But slowly, that challenge became a powerful teacher- my path deepened further. I was invited into deeper nervous system regulation, somatic healing, conscious eating and movement, and, a sacred relationship with my body.
That journey taught me to live not in scarcity, but in abundance—to slow down, listen in, and align with my body's needs, trust my body, and live from a space of alignment and abundance, not stress and lack.My life’s work is now rooted in this truth: You are not broken.
